This could be true because at the last AGM, shareholders authorized the directors of Kamuthi to take a loan of 1B to finance infrastructure development. The question is whether the money will be put to its intended use....they have another AGM coming up on the 24th of November, 2012.

......and one of Agendas of the day on 24th AGM, as per the Advert on last week's (Thursday?) nation is to "Request Society members for additional borrowing Powers". Not being Pessimistic, but I smell a rat. And where did @Buffallo Hills go to? If these numbers are true, then its not too bad. Considering they have a 355 acres as said in their webpage and they are selling a quarter for 2 million and a half acre for 4 million shillings, then they will net more than 2 billion shillings considering some of the land goes to infrastructure, golf course, dam etc. Do the math before you question the viability of the project!

Hello all, sorry for the silence. The wazua website has been giving me limitations on posts made and I need advice on how to beat that. Valid questions have been raised and am here to answer them.
1. On the visiting of member plots by those who balloted, kindly visit your offices or call us to know when you can visit.
2. Our location on ground is perfect. With the estate located 7.5 km west of Thika road and the road earmarked for tarmacking connecting it to the greater eastern bypass which is just about 1.1 km for our land.
3. We always encourage our potential clients to undertake a search on the land we are selling. Reason being we have no thing to hide. The loan is there and is being serviced accordingly. Kindly get the amounts right as you post.
4. On financing, the end user, the same bank is financing our end users to purchase the same plots. All you need do is visit our offices for details.
