Some very prominent people said that the Kenya Cases will either MAKE or BREAK ICC.

If Uhuru and Ruto are elected as President and Deputy President, ICC will be put between a rock and a hard place.

If UMK and WK appear before the ICC as President and DP.... the ICC will be trying the whole country called Kenya. This is because the President and DP stop representing their individual interests and are taken to only represent the interests of their country. This is the international protocol.

Why will a few individual sit as ICC to judge the people Kenyans have elected? Why will they want to appear bigger than the Kenyan people?

This is an issue that will divide the world right in the middle.... Western Countries will prefer the case to continue against a sitting president and DP and the rest including China and Russian will resist this because it breaches international protocol.

ICC will be forced to either postpone the cases indefinitely or throw the cases out.

Liv first stop shouting we can read black and white.
What makes you think Kenya and the two suspects are so special...Tell them not to show up then!

If you have nothing to write or contribute.... why don't just keep off?

@Liv you are getting way over your head telling me to keep off LOL! boss you brought up issues of protocol observe the wazua protocol!

Secondly get your facts right about international protocol in relation to the ICC processes. ICC hasn't breached any protocol it has observed the rules of engagement outlined in the rome statute so far with bashir who is a sitting president and with our aspiring presidents whose cases aren't so different from that of bashir.
These cases will never divide the world china and russia are simply not interested.

@Jamplu, I appreciate you have now put down your views on this matter instead of raising issues with how I write and the colours I write in.

Everyone has their views on this matter. Yours are different from mine. Time will tell....

UK and WR are innocent at the moment according to our and international laws. It is their right to stand to be elected in political position in Kenya. If Kenyans elect them....they will deal with the ICC matters as they deem fit. Let us close the bridge when we get there.

Let them go ahead and be elected but as president and d. president they will still have only two options regarding the hague
1. Show up 2. fail to show up. Either of which will put this country in some awkward position.

My only misgiving about this ICC thing is that co-perpetrators are roaming free in Nairobi warning us against the accused. This is the sad bit of all this. Don't ask me why they are not in ICC, Omar and co would explain better, or whether I have evidence, I don't have to. I was here in 2007.

If uhuruto are elected and then show up in Hague, they will be locked up there and then. If they run, are not elected and then show up, they will still be locked up. Much as I also believe there are others who should go to Hague before the ocampo 4, the behavior n apprehension of uhuruto has already convince the judges that the guys think they are guilty
