i need some advice here,i was offered some land at katani 1/4 acre for 600k,the area is 6km from mombasa rd and about 500m past syokimau . that piece of land has a title,elec and a borehole 60m ahead. kindly advice if this is a good deal.

its a very good deal. Katani is the next syokimau. My advice - buy NOW.

Thats a gold mine. Give it 1yr and it will be KSH1.5M. Am willing to buy same land at Ksh.1M TODAY!

i have some there and am selling at the same price so ma advice is buy...but make sure it has title dont go for certificates.....

yes coz i have 1/8 and are going for 250k so 1/4 will be 500k...there are so many factors that determines and also so many cautious stuff u have to bear in mind....inbox me and will give u more details.....
