We have gone half way in registering an association/welfare. The hardest part is coming up with a constitution. I was given the responsibility of drawing up one as am adroit on areas concerning constitutions. Then,you must have 12 members and above in the association for you to be registered with the Ministry of Culture and Social affairs. You pay 1500 for the registration. There is a form which can be downloaded from the internet but must be filled by your Chief,DO and SDO. If you want to register a limited/private company,it will cost you kendo 20k depending on whom will assist you and also remember you will be paying tax,and must prepare tax returns and all that nitty gritty.
