Yes Marexx,it happens albeit unknowingly.
Back in the day when i was in UoN,a pal of mine drank himself silly in town. On his way back to the hostel,he decided to grab a 'take away'....
Morning after,dude wakes up and smells something funny in his room,looks around for patches of urine on the floor but couldn't see any... but he notices some very dusty ‘akalas’ on the floor . Thats the time it struck him.
The ‘take away’ he grabbed near city market was a kachokora!

I think that qualifies for 'statutory rape' - a woman who has mental disability is not in a position to say yes or no and anyone taking advantage should be prosecuted and jailed.

But is there a woman in todays world (read Nairobi,Kenya) who is not mad in one way or another?I think all women are mad to some extent,see how many men visit k-street due mad women in name of wives.
