Why? What exactly did he do as you watched him at ICC to make you want him as your chief of police? Or because he was a witness for a cause you were partial to?

investigated,prosecuted, sentenced and are serving jail terms for criminal activities

A crime is committed, an investigator conducts an investigation and hands over the results to the Prosecutor.

A Prosecutor argues the case before a Magistrate/Judge based on the results of the Investigator's report.

The Magistrate/Judge renders a verdict of guilty or not guilty based on the Prosecutor's argument based on the Investigator's results.

A guilty verdict results in sentencing.

So. Enlighten me (us). If that is not the chain of command for the process, what is?

..are US operatives doing wrong when they adminster water boarding?the public waz told to bring the complaints to the commission I havent come across 1 yet...
