I am no psychiatrist. I have never met the man, but from all I have seen in the media I am of the opinion that Prof. Anyang Nyon'go is a psychopath. He may not have committed any crime but his cold hardheartedness and lack of empathy is palpable and is a defining characteristic of psychopaths. Just remind yourself every time you have ever heard him speak and try and remember if you noticed his total lack of empathy.

Remember any of these:

Call for mass action after the last election.
Why can't Kenyans pay more for NHIF when he spends 2500 shillings on lunch at Serena.
Sacking of doctors during the strike.
Reaching an agreement with doctors after the strike and thanking them all in the same tone of voice and demeanor.
Now this call for police to stop extra judicial killings in Kisumu and in the same breath calling for them to crack down on gangs.

Now all these based on perceptions you get from the public utterances of a politician? You are a reckless idiot.

Psychopath? I would go with aloof ....
You could be sued for libel @Kusadikika ...if they know who you are. That only requires a court order to Wazua owners to reveal your identity, then you will be truly fried.
But then this is Kenya

It is not a new meaning. It is just that the word has been used only when crime has been committed but it is a personality type. Many psychopaths actually do not commit crimes.
