when it is safely at 17.00 just know its unlikey to come back anytime soon. 1 yr is 16.50 shows how depressed this share has been. i think the roof for buying for a long termer should be 16.50. i loaded up with both feet now is to enjoy the ride.

HFCK cartoon. So far the cartoon says it is a very poor performer - note the divergence between HFCK vs NSE20 on the 20 month chart. Very far from getting bullish. But I like the way it is under priced. The discount is very welcome smile

@hisah,

That is the beauty with this stock. It is extremely underprised; soon or later the market will reaalise this and give it a good kick upwards.

For the long haul, those results are not bad. Actual it is the interest expense on borrowed funds - that will cool off sooner!

This is good news to me. I will now get a chance to accumulate in price dips...2.7% is understandable

Toughest year this. However, notable is that Q3 has delivered better q/q earning than the Q2 that dragged us alot. .... welcome Q4 that have always stood out

The perfomance is a mixed bag. Positives: Strongest Quarter in 2012, loan book growth (+5.8% q/q), double digit growth in deposits Negatives: NIM squeeze due to the high cost of funds, new land laws making loan recovery a long prcss & costly (+90 days b4 prcss starts). Overall morgage & property still growth arena. For FY 2012 a profit dip is inenvitable. I expect the mbus to grind to a hault until next year & onwards.
