More reasons why some1 should buy the "plot" at that "exorbitant" price needed.

I am very familiar with kieni...that road is not a 'highway' and kieni is a very dry area...unless you want to suggest irrigation,that price is too high for such an area...half an acre will go for even 500k,next to that road and with all those utilities ie water and electricity.

I agree with Mutaga, you can get cheaper land at that place, please be realistic na uwache tamaa.
