Which is the most reliable Internet Connection / ISP within Nairobi CBD?

I've seen many posts regarding ISPs in Kenya but I'm still not clear on which is the best for an SME (max 10 machines) within CBD on an unlimited* plan. I've already tried Zuku with disastrous results and currently we're running several Airtel modems that work very well but the whole idea of running an office on modems is cumbersome and really unprofessional..
Any ideas regarding reliability, cost-effectiveness and of course, cost? Cheers.

Access Kenya is really good within Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Upperhill and Kilimani areas. Our company uses them and I must say AK's connection and customer service are great.

Whatever you do do not use safaricom wimax. Its useless. Can't run stable connection for three machines at 12k per month. Worst as its a contract.
