thats not a beach plot and kilifi is one huge county you probably are selling mazruis land.

@mukiri vipingo ridge USD135,000 to USD270,000 for 1 to 2 acres. Was around that area last week there is a lot of development going on but some homes and villas are already done.
Good luck and avoid clowns who sell beach plots located in mariakani

Vipingo Ridge is good. However, ALL plots are about 10 Kms from the beach. A better option is Vipingo Beach.Was there last week. About 80 1 acre plots in a gated estate with 24/7 security. ALL plots have been sold - but some are now available. Basically, these are plots that guys bought and now selling for a good profit.

Front row are $200K. But these are on a big slope.

Second row, only 100 meters from the beach, with GREAT views of the ocean are about $150K. And these are level plots.

Am thinking of buying one.
