Hi guys,need some help here,I have a mitsubishi lancer glx (the type that looks like a cedia at the rear),had some service done on it and the mech suggested replacement of the lead wires if he was going to replace the spark plugs,something about the ones I have now not enabling full contact for the sparks. Thing is he said the leads might go for around 8k each - they're two. I just need to confirm that I'm getting the correct ones when I go searching,he recommended Lucky Auto spares on Dunga road but I thought it better to get a 2nd opinion from anyone who might have the same model. Somebody mentioned Auto Assured garage in one of the threads but sina fununu iko wapi. Any opinion welcome smano

Listen,Mitsubishi lead wires failure leads to lost power and you may never enjoy ur ride! Please go to Rising Sun and have them replaced. Novice Investor!

Nyangao,be careful before you rush to replace a gearbox,in particular if it has electronically activated parts like lock down sensors etc. If not,go ahead. There are smart fellas who do cheap electronic diagnosis these days for like 2K or less and will advice you on the best next step and best priced shop for replacement,they also know where those rare to find parts may be sitting in some workshop Ninajua Yote!
