Allotment letters? Mbo-I-Kamiti? Why can't they sub-divide and get titles first before they ask you for cash?
Mbo-i-kamiti is very murky. Anyhing not simply straightforward is too risky. My buddy lost 80k in 2008. They paid the money in the office.
BTW seeing land is nothing much. Someone can sell you even land that doesn't belong to them that way. Some cons were selling Munene Coffee Estate in Kahawa West this way. You would even visit the farm and they would show you where your allocation is.
Be careful brother. But if you have lots of money, risk it. You could end up making a huge profit from this.
