Around 4 years ago some thugs were 'selling' some of that land. You would go to the farm and pay 80k and be given a receipt. It was later discovered to be a fraud.

Be careful, be very careful

the ruiru one (twiga farm) do not touch at all. The one near Migaa was sub-divided halafu tukanyang'anywa na wahuni.

Allotment letters? Mbo-I-Kamiti? Why can't they sub-divide and get titles first before they ask you for cash?

Mbo-i-kamiti is very murky. Anyhing not simply straightforward is too risky. My buddy lost 80k in 2008. They paid the money in the office.

BTW seeing land is nothing much. Someone can sell you even land that doesn't belong to them that way. Some cons were selling Munene Coffee Estate in Kahawa West this way. You would even visit the farm and they would show you where your allocation is.

Be careful brother. But if you have lots of money, risk it. You could end up making a huge profit from this.

@Gaddafi.. "Titles are being processed and will be out before..." Is a very common line.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
