Sonko2,hiyo pesa once pumped into kcb shares and after 5 years will be laughing all the way to the bank while the landlord will be struggling to get paying tenants.

@sonko...what is the approximate cost of the "minimal renovations"????why is the owner selling?

@sonko...what is the approximate cost of the "minimal renovations"????why is the owner selling instead of renovating and continuing to enjoy the benefits??can an arrangement be done so that after thorough inspection by the client,the owner does the renovations and then the client buys after the renovations...if no,why doesnt he want to get involved in the renovations...
