My name is Tosh. I'm new in the area. Registered a couple of months ago and didn't start anything until now. My main areas of interest are in quality and performance measurement and hopefully there are people here who share a similar interest.

I also like most of the discussions that happen in here related to investments and making money.

I'm thinking of opening my small biz which will concentrate of performance measurement for some organisations in Nairobi etc.. The business in Mystery Shopping with the aim of understanding client expectations, assess levels of satisfaction and identify priorities for improvement. Would this work in Kenya?

You could start by making up your mind on what your name is.

Is it Rajolghani or Tosh?

Also, Gender, how many digits on you left hand and who should be the next CEO at the Capital Markets.

Thought Tosh would be easier name than Rajolghani... so I'll go with Tosh.

I'm male for sure, 5 fingers and the next CEO at Capital Markets I'm not quite on top of things when it comes to that I'm learning from the forum for now and hopefully I can name names in the future.

@ Rajolghani (aka which Rajol?) Your Wazua name is a question.
I guess u meant investing in carrying out surveys about products, customer expectatations etc.
There used to be a company called consumer insight(I think it's still operational) that was doing the same together with political surveys, similar to what infotrak is doing.

@tosh,I'm also interested in quality and performance measurements. It's a prime area especially in Africa but I doubt its yet of age. Two problems exist with such organizations worldwide both dealing with recommendations. Organizations can bribe you to give flattering remarks and observations about them and the second one is if you give negative feedback how are you going to ensure the organization will choose to implement them.
