Kwani mtu hawezi gonjeka kifua bila HIV? In any case, by the time any hospital tests you for TB, they'll have sent you for HIV test... and its not like HIV is a death sentence anyway.... Guys should stop reacting like every TB case is an HIV case. We have had TB for ages when there was no HIV. It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt...
