hi all, i had a claim with concord in 2010 which had reached the voucher discharge stage, but have not been paid till date. i have been told that its possible they may have credited my brokers account for some reason, and the broker is witholding payment to me. is this possible. anyone know how this claims procedure works? i need money to buy another car after mine got written off and have been waiting and waiting...

Act fast, you dealing with a sinking ship. It's not rosy with concord,even had issues shoring up their capital. Probably just buying time.
