It is extremely annoying to watch Man Utd play in the Cl nowadays!!!It's as if they don't want to kill the game or are just unable to. I'm tired of seeing them only playing football when they're behind! f***ing Bullshit!!!That shit is old!!!

@Coolio, that was the most deceiving scoreline I've ever seen.

Chelsea scored the first from some naive play by the opposition (mouthful) after which those Nordics created so many chances that were kept away by Petr Cech - he was definitely man of the match. Then they added 3 more in the last 11 minutes to effectively seal the game. Could have been a bit different if it wasn't for Cech.

Man Utd seem to only play when they concede and after they're ahead they relax and could have been heavily punished in the 90th minute if it wasn't for De Gea. I don't understand why Fergie puts up with Evra, he just jogged to let Sougou cross the ball for the first goal!It is very annoying for me as a fan who demands the best from the team, 3 points notwithstanding. Fergie has been looking for Scholes replacement for a long time. I think it was clear yesterday that Rooney can actually play that role.

Barca's win was watered down by Puyol's horrific shoulder dislocation just when he had returned and ahead of El Classico...felt sad for him.

Celtic posted their first ever away CL win and Mugubi had a big role in the first goal, great to see a Kenyan player in the CL with such contribution, in fact he was only subbed when Celtic were going for the kill. I was also encouraged to see the official behind the goal overrule a ref's decision and make a call for Spartak's last man to be sent off for a tag on a jersey as the Celtic player went for goal - wish they could employ that in the BPL.

Tommy Smith's predictions for tonight as are follows:
Ajax vs Real - Real win
City vs Dortmund - City win (personally I think Dortmund can get a draw)
Arsenal vs Olympiacos - Arsenal win
Porto vs PSG - PSG win
Upset - Zenit vs Milan - Draw ( I tend to agree)

smano I( can't agree more, Evra should give way. With Rooney and RVP in the pitch, Chicharito was lost!!!......I think Fergie should try RVP as a lone striker with Rooney just behind hime, then get wingers wo open up the opposition!!!!

As a Man U fan, I must say I was happy with the sublime Rooney pass that released RVP for the second goal.....If these two boys gel in due course, other teams will shake like leaves at the mention of the name Man U. Ni hayo tu!

I think SAF is either too patient with some of these players or has too much faith in them while we the fans clearly see the inadequacies...Hey I don't need 20 years in top flight management to see what is wrong with United today.

Evra...he is not serious or just lost the desire...this guy should be BENCHED...period

...As for yesterdays CL game, I felt Chica was lost I would have played Kagawa behind RVP but well in the spirit of rotation its OK so long as the match is won....

However my biggest concern is...WHY doesn't Manutd play well after going up by a mere goal, this results in unnecessary pressure...with all the strike force they posses you would expect them to keep knocking at the opposition door, but no, they prefer knocking the ball around inviting pressure upon themselves...really I am not impressed by that strategy...

City very very lucky. That was a get out of jail.Had they lost they would have been out in the 1st round for the second consecutive year.

Arsenal 3 - Olympiakos 1.Good results but the defense is still a big worry especially from set pieces.......And Ramsey scoredPray .Mugabe should stay awake for at least a week!

I still think they are out. Hapo hawawesmek. Kama sio Hart, wangekuwa wamefinywa bolingo vibaya sana.

Who would have thought Gervinho would be our top scorer at this time of the season, i really don't think he should be a forward but as long as he keeps bagging the goals who cares where he plays! It was a game of two halves, in the first half we were so sloppy in possession. Rare mistakes by Vermaelen and Arteta could have cost us the game but Olympiacos opened up play. I was also really impressed by Giroud, he does everything right apart from hitting the back of the net.

Agreed and Ramsey scored too after a long time.
That defense needs alittle bit of concentration and we will be good to go.
