Full sized SUV maybe ? Carrying 7 people + luggage regularly would be easier with a diesel engine.
Incidentally - also like the Honda Stream as recommended earlier.

@Chiaroscuro, They don't make the Volks Eurovan any more but is one family car they should bring back to the market.....If you have money, a Merc Viano would do and maybe you would want to think again about Toyos once you see the Vellfire Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

I have seen the Toyota Wish but I'm not keen on Toyotas...
I have seen pictures of Mazda Premacy and MPV, but I haven't seen them "live-live". I've read a few good reviews of Mazda right here on wazua.
Has anyone seen these cars? Are they the same size (physically) as the Wish or are they smaller? (there is a 5-seat premacy that is quite small; I talking about the 7-seat version)
Please some one; help! Go for the real thing my guy. I Think Therefore I Am

@Nobby;
I find the serena too big... I'd prefer a Lafesta.
How much are you asking for the serena, anyway?

I really do detest these toyotas names, now what is the different between ISIS and IST? And do the acronym stand for anything at all? Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

You could try a volvo 940 touring wagon. They tend to withstand the battering of a young family and are awesome long-distance cruisers with reliability to boot. #justathought

UPDATE:
Settled on the 2,00cc Premacy.
Purchased and delivered mid-September.... total cost Sh825k for a 2005 self-import from Japan. [BTW, best offer in the local yards was 1m!!!]
The family loves it.... it is more spacious inside than it looks from the outside...
It has key-less entry and drive which my wife likes because she no longer has to fumble for car keys in the handbag - just press a button on the door, enter and drive off; nifty!
