Does anybody know the economic viability of purchasing land in Tharaka South? The government is currently tarmacking Mati Road which runs through Ishiara and will link Tharaka area to Nkubu in Imenti. Some areas of Tharaka South are now having irrigation water. What do you think about buying an acre for 200,000?

what are you buying for... farming, mining, rental because you don't just land without a reason.
