You know he became mp because of ethnicity after the killing of the former mp. He was voted in when ethnic passion was extremely high in those days.

That being his strong point, maybe his only point, it is no surprise that he is sticking with it.

How now? Even Waititu has not seen his own warrant and he cannot be accused with anything regarding his lucky escape.

The first guy who should have many questions to answer was the top cop standing right behind him when he was uttering those words!.. Then now the OCS Parliament police station also has explaining to do on how he 'escaped from parliament buildings while they were waiting to arrest him'... Stuff movies are made of!!!!!

Hii ni Kenya - and sometimes am just ashamed of my own country. Waititu's followers will come out with placards also to protest his arrest. At times, democracy is more a leap backwards than forward! Kenya Police DO NOT WORK unless under intense pressure. Will they do rounds in their gotv-fuelled landcruisers picking up bribes from all pub owners ama watatafutana na wakiukaji sheria? My bet is on the rounds for 'tax'. They collect their 'taxes' more effectively than KRA and even the mafia envy their efficacy at what they do. Now, if some foreign diplomat was to hold a press conference and demand the arrest - it will happen within an hour. That is Kenya for you.

There was nothing that cop could have done.
Afterall hes not a mind reader.
Probably thought YT2 would calm down the crowd and speak peace only for him to spew out garbage.
What a tight position to find oneself in.
Anyway, I can bet this story will be history before Friday.
Another Afro drama.

He could have walked off ...continuing to stand behind the MPig like one who has feet of clay made him look like a fool.
