 I thought they are always ready for such eventualities Even if they are ready they still needed to transport the tents and mobile kitchenette, plus another group will be digging the pit latrines  Its not a child's play deploying an army/paramilitary police in those remote areas... Late last year you were told how much KES gaamnet spent per day to keep one KDF in Somlia, its so much money! well am not privy to the detailed workings of the disciplined forces or the budget required to maintain one of them - I just had a niggling feeling that they were just waiting for an order from anywhere, which unfortunately was not forthcoming. I am sure with a stronger resolve - tents, food, shovels for digging latrines and the money needed to support around 1000 officers can be done in a day or two - I may be wrong.
