It doesn't,but we all know that it is an offense. As someone who tries to write,i can tell you that it can be hard to churn out an article,but to copy paste the work of someone and not give credits is plain wrong....she makes 'average' look fine :)

its a cultural thing....Plagiarism is not that big a deal in kenya... we do it all the time. Our teachers encourage it (you get better marks if you copy-paste work as long as you don't copy paste it from a book in the exam room). so its not a big deal - tunajiwekelea vitu juu. We should only embrace something that benefits us - embracing the current intellectual property regime does not! China does not! While in the west Intellectual property is a big deal - i don't see why we should limit ourselves on it. lets borrow lessons from fashion http://blog.ted.com/2010/05/25/lessons_from_fa/All Mushrooms are edible! Ghafla should be the last to talk about plagarism. Etiquette online demands that if you "borrow", you don't just copy and past, you MUST leave a RINK. They too are as bad as Mutoko. And she's bad.
