Who are these Mpigs??
Quote:

Dr Khalwale, the chairman of the Public Accounts Committee, mentioned names of a high-ranking ODM MP who, he claimed, dished out the money to the party’s members in his office within Parliament buildings.

And,

Quote:

The PAC chairman also mentioned another first-time MP from Central Kenya, as having been instrumental in dishing out cash to MPs. The MP reportedly gave those who yielded to his advances Sh20,000. He too couldn’t be reached for comment.

The trend set by Kibaki is for a sitting MP to continue stealing from public coffers and he/she remains assured of protection at whatever cost....

But did Khalwale report to KACC that some Mpig wanted to bride him with 10Mio in Mombasa during the time they were drafting the bill?
Why wait till the bungeans vote against the report that he comes out crying?
d'oh! d'oh!

But again if Mpigs are paid peanuts, 30K is alot of money, that will buy them close to 7 bags of peanuts at an average price of Kes 4K per bag.

Provide a link or elaborate how Kibaki has set a trend for stealing. I thought educated people use facts.
