Watermelon is a very refreshing fruit. Biting into its sweet smelling pulp and feeling the mouth full of juice is a real hot-weather pleasure. Watermelon, together with other melons, has quenched the thirst of humans for thousands of years....

Oh really?

Consuming large amounts of lycopene-rich foods, such as tomatoes and watermelon, may result in gastrointestinal disturbances.

The American Cancer Society reports that one investigation observed the effects of a lycopene-rich supplement on a patient.

The patient took a tomato supplement containing 15 mg of lycopene twice daily and experienced intestinal problems such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion and bloating.

Of the two opinions, which one should I adopt?

@ Kite & Coolio!
Its not the seeds, its that whitish substance on the surface of the water melon; hiyo ni moto. Once you partake, you let the pine tree do the walking as you accumulate the Bonga points
