Interesting development for starter homes. Was in yesterday's Daily Nation.

Pretty cool concept, though I worry about the space. I don't think you can have some friends over to have a party without disturbing the neighbours.

Not to hijack your thread, but there was a nextgen park someone had mentioned a while back. I wonder what the status is on that?

And you @guru praising real estate experts wondering what will be their net worth in 10 years?
You have been giving a big thumps down for real estate investors !

@young real estate on its own is very lucrative and gives very high returns! Especially flipping ..

I have been commenting on buying and building rental units.. The returns cannot be compared to dividend yields..

And Suraya generally doesn't do rentals!! These guys are just flipping real estate like crazy..

The MT and Umash location leaves one with a somber mood. having said that I have seen next to City morgue (imagine the pong that comes out of that place once in a while) there is an estate sharing the fence on Mbagathi way and its fully occupied

Just wondering if location would be a turn off for prospective tenants...would you reconsider renting the place?
More monies, more problems...

Anybody know about the Lynx apts.? They seem like a good deal to me...4.15m cash option 2 bed? By the time they are complete you turn it around for 6. Makes sense? If not rent it out to Summer Bunnies or some corporate (well semi) single dude who wants to hang at Tamasha without the tag of Hurlingham...

@Seles I don't think the Montezumas are a prob. Ppl have been on Mbagathi for a minute, haven't heard any complaints...
