Imara is having a housing glut and the rent that stine claims you can get is a big lie. The 3 beds in Imara are going for 30-35 guest.
Unless Stine means future rental yield?

Quick update, NHC Madaraka project now complete.
Summary project cost: 2 br Apartment 6.2m, Other Costs-600k
Tenant paying 35k per month..
P.S- I should have bought 2 more units..
More monies, more problems...

I got 2br Madaraka one eventually came to 6.2m rented for 40k and bought another 2bdr in Kileleshwa for 8.2m rented for 50k..
More monies, more problems...
