I got a good deal on an 1800cc 2004 KBQ ALLION not used locally Engine 1-zz has overstayed showroom since nov 2011 engine oil was dark so i flushed engine, cleaned the sump below and did full service but the oil warning light i still on. The engine is silent as a baby no noise and i have driven it 500km to nai no issue just want the light off anyone with a good mech or had similar experience to help a bro.

check out the oil switch and the oil pump. Did you change the iol filter?
It is humiliating to be associated with thieves and murderers.

talk to dan, 0722-322-505, he will sort you out. He is located in ngara near supermambo bar. After kaiorkor market you turn left, about 10Meters just before you get to the kobil petrol station (-1.273108,36.83573). The exact location on google maps is -1.271563,36.832933

yes changed the oil filter twice now plus cleaned the sump twice no change still will try changing the oil switch and see thanks buddies. Jimmy anything to do is opening up the engine i dont want i will just return the car to them coz the pump is located where they have to open up the timing chain.

i did electronic diagnosis with the experts joe and izzo formely of caltex madaraka printout shows vvti system failure.His analysis was that the vvti sytem runs using oil and if its not there thats why. I know problem is oil but now seems i have to dismantle the engine and check the pump something i hate coz the tuning is never the same again.putting a newly imported engine seems the best option but its 100k too expensive

Did the diagnosis reveal the exact error code ? You can cross check what they told you with explanations online.
