Hi guys,

I just got info that there is an extra 40acres on offer from Kantafu Sacco plots. These ones are 800mtrs from kangudo rd. Going for 1.5million per acre.

Seems like there is alot of buzz on kangudo road; ie if you can get a plot with a title. The scene is alittle chaotic as compared to kitengela which seems more organised, but i guess you won't miss some clean deals here either.

Let me know if you need more property info on plots in Kantafu 40, Kitengela, Kamulu, Ruiru, Eastern Bypass.
