Equity bank has been reporting double to triple digit percentage increase in profits yet i hear employees complaining about the way they are poorly paid and demotivated even worse after the 15% drop in 1rst half 09 results,their targets have been set to very unrealised levels.. ... is it the reason as to why their systems are always down??? whats happening to Daktari of microfinance???

av heard that from quite a number of equity staff,at first i thought they were just whining but it went on n on and when i visited on of the branches for a minor service..... whiffffff the servcie was pathetic......

I came accross an anonymous long email addressed to daktari and copied to all equity staff echoing the same sentiments av been hearing from friends,in it were all sorts of complains and a specific attack on my favorite member campaign..... am a member so the need for concern arised.......

Let me hear from a member cum employee @ kamaa..... thats how we can tell whether the allegations are authentic

Consistency requires you to be as ignorant today as you were a year ago.

Someone pliz fill me in,assuming employees are just whining for nothing,,,it is paramount that EB remain a going concern into the future and anything that appears to pose a threat to this concept should be addressed in due course..... so why would EB acquire a system that can support 20 million busy accounts yet import servers from India that cannot handle half such traffic hence resulting to system delays even at midmonth??
