It seems Local government Minister Musalia Mudavadi has perfected the art of escaping criticism by simply lying low and being non reactive.
With Nairobians going to hell or paying through their teeth to get water, its suprising that I have not heard any government response to the issue.
I presume mudavadi is the appropriate minister by virtue of Local govt/NCC axis which effectively controls the water company.
Has this guy done anything to respond to the water problems, and secondly how did the media not pick his incompetence. Even the Nairobi Mpigs have not raised anything on the floor of the house.
Are some politicians 'below' the criticism threshold,or are Nairobians so frustrated to the point where they don't expect anything from the gava.
I've noticed the youth in particular coming in to a workplace with a completely outsized notion of their own value and importance... just a thinly-veiled arrogance. May be the credit crunch induced recession is whats needed to remind us all about the value of hard work.... By Anonymous
