It was said downpayment is 15m pounds rising to 24m pounds based on performances, etc.

I don't think so

"United will pay £22.5m, with a further £1.5m one-off bonus to follow if they win a Premier League or Champions League title in the next four years."

After Song moved, the English media has gone on to highlight how unprofessional he was. Usually late and did heed management advice. No mention of his glorious contribution. Silly media. Without Song top 4 will be difficult for Arsenal. Meanwhile, am looking for a new club to support. Arsenal has no African player.

The undisclosed fee is £3.9m
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

A deal has been reached between Arsenal and Real MAdrid which will see Nuri Sahin sign for Arsenal on a season long loan with a
£14m buy-out clause if they decide to make his loan deal permanent.

Wenger said he wants to sign two more players, a midfielder and a defender, so we still have one more to go. I don't think he has ever been this active in the transfer market. ....so much to look forward to in the coming season.

Adebayor to Spurs for 5M pounds after being bought for 25M pounds just 3 years ago by City from Arsenal who had bought him 3 years earlier for 3M pounds!!! And City will continue paying over half of Adebayor's wages for 2 years!!!That is a totally unsustainable manner of running football - City will suffer the same fate Chelsea suffered a few years ago

SAF is high on something, yet another striker;

Angelo Henriquez is set to complete his transfer to Manchester United after receiving a work permit to play in the UK.

The Chilean striker had already agreed a £3.5 million move to Old Trafford and passed a medical but the deal was held up as United waited to discover if he would be able to move to Manchester straight away or if they would have to loan him to a foreign club until he was allowed to ply his trade in England.
Henriquez will play his final game for Universidad de Chile against Santos on Wednesday and is then set to link up with his new team-mates.
The 18-year-old striker has scored 11 goals in 17 games for Universidad and has 14 goals in nine games for Chile's Under-20 side.

I doubt that

Quote:
Adebayor had been on £170,000-a-week at City and, while that salary has been reduced to around £100,000 to fit Tottenham’s wage structure, he has also received a big pay-off to leave the Etihad Stadium.

It is understood that Adebayor received a signing-on fee from Tottenham of around £4 million. The transfer fee between Spurs and City for Adebayor was around £5 million.

It all means that Adebayor has been compensated for his reduced wages, Tottenham have secured their main attacking transfer target for around £9 million and Manchester City have succeeded in getting one of their major earners off the books

Adebayor is laughing all the way to a Ghanian bank near him!!!

Na kwa watu wa domo domo, I know he is Togolese. But he has taken Ghana as his adopted home - ni kuhama!!! Boy said he doesn't feel like living in Togo. He is more comfortable in Ghana. I bet he will be even more comfortable now!!!
