This will be a titanic battle,google is launching its own operating system and cleverly targeting the little known but cheaper and fast growing netbooks.

Microsofts OS have the laptops and desktops pretty much sewn up,but by partnering netbooks,google has got a backdoor where they can try out their technology and develop it to later rival microsoft.

On the other hand,microsoft has successfully fought off all comers. I wonder if Bill Gates has the stomach for another war. It was easy when the target host was the PC or laptop but now the targets hosts are numerous with the entry of he netbook and the mobile phones.


I've noticed the youth in particular coming in to a workplace with a completely outsized notion of their own value and importance... just a thinly-veiled arrogance. May be the credit crunch induced recession is whats needed to remind us all about the value of hard work.... By Anonymous
