What happens if you own a plot(not developed and lying fallow) in Syokimau in regard to the ongoing CCN rate payment madness?
Is Syokimau under CCN ama Syokimau sio Kenya?
Please advice.

I've been thinking of posting this question here. I would like to know what is the annual rate for a kaquarter.

BTW, Syokimau is in Mavoko not CCN.

Is Syokimau freehold ama leasehold?
