I do not think he is.Probably wishing.
Its good to set realistic and achievable goals.
I mean, I also want to own an island,a yacht and a private beach.
But if I am not doing anything towards seeing that happen it will remain on my wall.

get an investor for that worthwhile project,make money and think heli.
