From where? Are you aware that the deadline for sending applications for the CJ post and the rest was extended so that ladies can apply as none had applied!

How good was Tobiko in his job? To me he seemed like a "business as usual" kind of person. I stand to be collected though. Anyone with something nice to say about Tobiko?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

If only all were outsiders, without knowledge of the existing corners. It is important to disrupt the current set up by injecting 'strangers' to the system if meaningful changes are to be made.

CJ and deputy now goes to parliament. How do you see that panning out? It doesnt look like it will be along ODM-PNU lines?

Tobiko; l honestly dont remember any particular case he's prosecuted with profound success. I found his predecessor, l forget his name, more effective by FAR!

Tobiko is a spent xter who obeys the master.i do not think he has anything special to give to kenyans.

On the other hand,I do not like the CJ nominee on the basis of his human rights activist background. He will end up militalizing the courts in an activism manner.
If I were amonth the interviewer,I would have opted for a sober moderate person without affiliations political groupings and activism of any kind.

I was wondering now how Willy Mutunga can be both CJ and DCJ, who Nancy was and who the hell would think of Tobiko as a DCJ. Only to realise that those were not possible replacements for Nancy Baraza and this thread is from last year. Sad

And to imagine that the new katiba was drafted by a committee of activist makes me sleepless all night.
That deep-voiced-cockerel-hair-styled lady by the name Atsango usually milks the hell out my peace everytime she appears on tv to defend the new katimba.
