Now after thinking about it I really sympathize with Baraza. What does she do now? Can she still practice law?? With the security of tenure that comes with an office like hers she was certain that she would have a job till she was 74 years old. She probably went and took a huge mortgage on a house knowing she would always be able to pay.

In the blink of an eye the job is gone, prospects of getting those high paying consultancies which are hinged on integrity suddenly varnish. What can she do??? Maybe write a book? Or can she go back to a University and teach? Or maybe go to Fida. Or move to another country! I will be very interested to know what she does next. I hope she does well. She looks strong and I am rooting for her to rise from this disgrace. Life must go on.

If I pinched Kerubo [Like OJ simspson did] - Free downloads kibao!

Or can she go back to a University and teach?
Which university would want to be associated with her?

Or maybe go to Fida.
After Pinching a helpless woman who was just doing her job?

Or move to another country!
This might work. Teaching in another country that is!

Biachara maybe.
Politics maybe.
Private Practice - Depending on what actions LSK take [if any] - will be hard to get clients!

She is planning to appeal. This is mis-advised.
When do people realize its time to go quietly?

She didn't cut her loses when she should have [quit before the tribunal] and now she doesn't see what she gains by going quietly.

This is what happens when you stay in the ring too long. sometimes it helps to know when to stay down when knocked down. Might save you from brain damage!

.......from runda to kamiti, they are not far apart.
....for those who think kerubo is supposed to be a guard the rest of her life, they are damn wrong, her life will be better without the 3.5m.
........people like kerubo can easily take a country through a revolution of the mind.she has done her bit.it's a class war.respect everyone no matter their status in life.that's the lesson here,a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

You know what many people don't know is that Baraza's case is all about whether her conduct was of such a grave nature as to constitute gross misconduct sufficient to warrant her dismissal as DCJ.In my view it does not and if Kilukumi puts his best forward atashinda kwa Supreme Court.Assault Kerubo anaweza succeed but the nature of the assault would put it firmly in the category of a misdemeanour esp.as the gun incident is unproven

Tobiko to charge Baraza with causing public disturbance. Could Baraza be changing from DCJ to inmate number 2013/001?
