It is ironical that the towing truck summoned to recover the police vehicle involved in the shoot out had to be pushed stated by hand by the policemen.

1. police are not in the business of towing,so they don't have their own tow trucks. 2. Chances are they got towed for free because of the business they ordinarily give the tow trucks,so usishangae kwamba walikuwa wanashtua tow truck.
