Good. Very.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

The star says IEBC rejected an offer for biometric equipment from Hillary. Ati they were fearing the political ramifications. Aren't these fellows supposed to be independent? What were they fearing?

I came across someone claiming to have their ear on the ground on how the biometric voter machine has been received by some 'wanjiku':

1. Maize roasters will not vote because their fingers are so burnt by charcoal that a biometric voter register couldn't read them.
2. The BVR is the govt's secret way of gathering information on criminals and muggers and pickpockets, they would be picked easily by police after they committed a crime because their fingerprints and photos will be in every police officer's phone.
3. The machine, apart from being used to register voters, will be used to do HIV tests on people without their knowledge.
4. In other parts of Kenya, they have vowed not to come anywhere close to the electronic voter register because they've heard that the ones to be taken to their region emit an electric charge that will make them sterile in an evil plot to have their population checked so that they never have enough votes to produce a prezzo.

Compared to the non-wanjiku;

...These simpletons are the type of people who shouldn't even be enfranchised in the first place because from their level of intelligence it's clear they aren't qualified to make decisions whose results might affect others. But this lot never has pretensions of seeking elective offices themselves and so whatever damage their idiocy does on society and the country isn't comparable with that of the intelligent and knowledgeable people who include Mpigs who are now up in arms against the use of electronic voting system which they say they cant trust because it could be used to rig elections.
An mpig, minister,technocrat or prime minister for that matter who rejects the use of the BVR next elections simply because they fear it is going to be manipulated shouldnt be seen in different light from the maize roasters above. At their level,they should be able to know that it's not the method that is to blame but the people because the method is only as good and as bad as the people.

local procurement laws do not apply in gava to gava agreements, especially if the other gava is paying for the kit through a grant
