With incidents of buildings collapsing being on the increase one cannot be too carefull about the quality of cement and water being used. I beg to know which is the best branded cement recommended by experts.

*** BTW,KEBS is supposed to check cement quality... but no matter how 'good' the quality... when the contractor mixes it 10:1 (sand being 10)... the building will collapse...

Collapse of building has little to do with cement quality...and a lot to do with poor contractor and/or engineer and/or architect and/or developer
