I have just seen St Paul's Cathedral and was thinking to myself, if this dude of 3000 m Steeplechase was in the race, he would stop, get in the church, say some prayers and continue....Jamaa wa vituko huyu... I hope he wins tonight because it is like he has spent so much time training how to celebrate a win than how to win the race!!!!
