I have come accross their site. Has anyone dealt with this people, anyone who shed some light? http://www.thikanairobi.co.ke/index.htmlIf a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich.

A friend also dealt with them a while back i think on their project 2 haven't heard him complain but with land due diligence is veeery important.

I have dealt with them in project 1,2 and 6.
No complains so far.
In project 6, the have sold 100 acres to Stima Sacco investment and abt 30 acres to Tarda sacco and sub-divided for them inform of plots.
Stima Sacco investment balloted last Sato on 4th Aug and each was show his/her plot.
