Has anyone seen the story on OAR's political ally in Meru being awarded a road maintenance contract and is now not doing the work despite having been paid? No indication so far that he was involved in securing the contract.

@Rahatupu, out of interest, how come you have never come out in the open and just stated that the website is yours and whatever is posted there is most likely yours?
