Hello Members. Let me know your view. Sigona 1/4 acre 4M VS. Sukari 1/4 Acre 6.2M. Sigona being on Waiyaki way appears a better to me (so far). What do you think? The Sigona Piece is past Sigona Golf Club by 1/2 kms

kahawa sukari is developed, while sigona is developing. They are both overpriced same as everywhere in kenya, the big question is security. You buy where you feel secure, though i wont pay anything beyond 4m for a residential plot.

Kahawa is better considering the Thika rd infrastructure.

Sigona.. Less polluted. Access to the club.

Let me know of any other available land thereabouts, please.

I would go for Sigona any Day...reasons....1.The price is way better for the same size of land in kahawa...2.Both are fairly equidistant from the town centre,so Kahawa has no considerable advantage over Sigona....3.Kahawa is developed while sigona is developing, meaning that the land appreciation in Sigona is most likely higher than that of Kahawa...4.Security is generally the same because even here in Kahawa one has to get his/her own watchman from a security firm like g4s or Brinks etc...the Sigona plot is near a golf club unlike the Kahawa plot which is most likely near Kenyatta University...and you know better how students behave while rioting
A successful man is not he who gets the best, it is he who makes the best from what he gets.

@coastarian1 karibu sana SIGONA, wise decision you made. Have resided there several years now bila complaints. As rightfully mentioned we happen to neighbour one of the finest clubs around and we wont mind another new family as a member(we do once a month SIGOVILLA challenge with nyamachoma after the game just to bond for those who can afford). They forgot to tell you we also have several clean piped water projects, bottle some of the best brands of bottled water at sigona, plenty of farm fresh products, no jam to the city, soon getting the southern bypass terminating nearby, jkia to Rironi highway being expanded to six lanes, link to northen bypass via ndenderu-ruaka-ruiru not to mention the serene, scenic leafy coooooooool surroundings but do we say!!!!!!!!!!.On the other side Sigona being one of the highest points around Nbi after Kilimambogo & ngong the place can be MISTY, COLD & CHILLY, too many flats coming up and lack a single neighborhood association.
