This is a no brainer really, and I doubt Githae will spend moer than 30 minutes making the decision. Wanjiku Mugane's CV, experience, ability for this job, accomplishments, business acumen, likely value add completely overshadow everyone the other 2 candidates combined would ever bring to CMA. CMA is in need of a quantum leap in ideas product innovation and expansion of the capital markets. I even wonder how they got Wanjiku to apply for this job. I hope they will not embarass her like they did to Adan Mohamed by telling us Rose Mambo ranked ahead of Wanjiku in the technical interview or something of the sort. This is not even a competition. It's like having Usain Borot or Rudisha racing any of us in a sprint or 800 meters!

Stech got obesessed with playing police and robbers with brokers at the expense of growing the pie. We are worse off than when she came in everything that can go wrong went wrong. I can't recall any other CMA CEO tenure when murphy's law played out fully. Even teputy Jairman's reign was better.

Wanjiku Mugane- No brainer, she is the kind who get jobs done. 1st choice

Paul Mwai -Tendency to support the big boys or is a hatchet man and can easily be misled by the NSE owners.

Rose Lumumba- PR person and regulator. Has no idea how its done but a good implementer.

Paul Mwai it is - Arguably nothing is more important to CMA than a CEO who understands the Kenyan market today from all perspectives - its challenges today and where it should be tomorrow. I have had the opportunity of watching Paul on CNBC talking about our Kenyan market, his knowledge is impressive and spot on and generated a lot of talk among my business peers here in SA - Well done, 1st Choice for the job!

Ms Mugane, I support.

I would pick my friend or My relative after all it is Kenya, I cannot unilateraly disarm because I will have a competitive disadvantage if I follow the law when Kimunya and his group are appointing their people!
