@ all

thank you for the contacts...

my wife is having a very shaky (but not painful) canine tooth on the upper jaw... after visiting a dentist (lions club clinic behind bus station) the other day for a refill,we were very shocked to learn that it's a milky tooth & an x-ray confirmed the permanent one growing diagonally beneath a premolar... the dentist advised that she will have to be operated to remove the permanent one and then put an artificial one at a cost of 36k (9k for a surgery & 27k for a new tooth)...

i am a worried guy coz i have never experienced this before...i mean surgery to remove a tooth in the gum that it is not even visible...???

i hope that it will be successful and that she will not have a deformed gum...

please SK family,i know you have stood with people both in times of 'nyweee & kukurukukuruu' i would love help in form of ideas, suggestions, experiences and even prayers...

thanks in advance...

Well, it does go with time. I was very lucky because a good dentist Hermosa Beach treated my wisdom tooth. It is perfectly fine now and there is no pain. You can try some home remedies as well. Clove helps in relieving the pain. It was good coming across this post.

Tooth Decay can cause bacteria from your mouth to enter the bloodstream. And this can lead to sepsis. So yes, you're right. Tooth Decay does not lead to death, but sepsis can lead to death.
When your tooth decays, the inflammatory process will begin. Bacteria can get to the root of the tooth and further. Your gums will increase in size, and then your cheek may increase. Bacteria can go further and reach the brain.
There are many options, as tooth decay can lead to death. So it’s better to clean every day and then you won’t have to pay big money to dentists.

I saw a dentist on Citizen TV advocating for a once in year dental cleanup nika shangaa. The host went on to say that after flossing the thread smells. Its smells because the mouth is filthy....the misinformation and lack of information in Kenya is amazing

Mix your toothpaste with sodium bicarbonate and brush.
That thing works wonders.

I am all against teeth whitening really anyway. I do plan to make it really possible out there for many people. I do visit dentist when I am sick or when it's pain or something like that. I do hope it will get better no matter how you really put that.
