Its only 3 weeks before the start of the premier league! Between Man U, Man City and Chelsea who will win this time round? Could Arsenal, Newcastle and Tottenham make a suprise win?

Dont write them off so soon. With Giroud, Podolski, Ox & Walcott their strike force could be lethal even without RVP. If they can sign Santi & Nuri in midfield AW will do some magic.
