Hi wazuans, kindly advise on purchasing land which is 30x60. are subdivision this size legal .i thought the minimum land subdivision is 50x100

If it is new subdivision, for 30*60 this you can only get allotment letter, not a valid title.

This kind of subdivisions are legal however they very risky coz its easy to forge the certificate. They are common in ruiru

if the title is older than last year, its ok. new subdivisions can only be a minimum of 50 by 100 from late last year going forward.

Where is the plot and how much are they selling it for? in some parts of nbi,plots this size are hot cakes...
