Please post your contacts if you are selling or
know of anyone selling a 1/4 or and 1/8 plot in Sabaki.

I was there last weekend and someone was showing
me around the Government Land for Numerical machines wanting to dupe me to buy. I also noted that area has black cotton soil unlike the genuine
Sabaki plots with murram.

There were no beacons but the guy was telling me his plot is in there. He is actively advertising on Dealfish.

Beware.
I don't want to reach the end of my life and find I just lived the length of it.

I want to find I have lived it's breadth as well.

Where is Sabaki?

I wanted to sell mine last year but changed my mind after realising how difficult it had become to get land anywhere near Nairobi.

My pal has 2 and is considering selling one. I will consult him and let you know what his position is.

@GK its the same with the Ubora SACCO phase 1 and 2 plots. Methinks that the SACCO's are just slow in pushing to complete the process.

The Wanandege SACCO plots sold in late 2010 are all titled. The Ubora SACCO plots that are untitled were sold as early as 2003-04.

Jamplu you are very right. Ubora has 4 projects in that area; Athi River 1 and 2 and Sabaki 1 and 2.

I have just spoken to the officials and they confirmed that the mother title for Athi River 1 and 2 will be ready by 31 August with individual titles to follow after approximately 2 months. Sabaki 1 bado iko mbali and Sabaki 2 is the one with legal impediments and an ongoing court case.

Please send your number to my email address and I will send you a contacts number. His plots are on the lower side of Sabaki. His prices are 1/8 Sh 1.2 million. I do not not how the quarters are priced.

Once you talk to him, please do your due diligence properly including if necessary going to Mavoko personally to confirm his documents.
